..No squirrels in Australia.
But I did see an echidna last night! They hide really well, so although they're supposedly native in this area this is only the second time I've seen one. Cuute.
Im sooo excited cos, im on a waiting list, to move home and after months of moaning at the council bout their cr*p housing scheme, ive finally been moved up the list in a high band, so it wnt be 2 long til i get a new home for my growing family yay, and incase ppl r wonderin no i not sum1 who scams the council into rehousing ppl, it makes me mad wen ppl do dat. so yay new home soon
I got 43/45 on my Geometry and Trigonometry test! That's 95.56%! YEAH!
How exactly do you mean?
And if they're getting a house off the council, I'd think it was just as bad, considering people getting free homes are getting it out of our already pretty meagre paychecks.
Unknown Entity; wow... A crisp? They won't come that close to me. Although I did see a squirrel running off with a toffee crisp, though. That was such an awesome day.
Anyway... I'm not sure whether to celebrate today, because I have to decide whether or not I can be strong enough to go back to college. Of course, with my health, it would be far less than wise, but I have to come to a decision.
Nobody gets free homes from any Council. You can get housing benefit, where they help you with rent, but you need to be either on Disability Living Allowance, have lots of kids, or be on Jobseekers to get it (Jobseekers is basically the dole, which they've stepped up lately. Background checks to hell and back on everyone who claims, and you need to go to interviews every few weeks to prove you're after work. Fail to, and you stop getting what little the dole did give you). The Council estates are always the shitty ones too.
I know how horrible it is sitting on a list, counting up points, waiting to see if the Council think you and your family are worth more than a one bedroom flat in a heroin street. So I'm really pleased for you, Winterborn! Hope they give you a good 'un.
